Exhibitor Resources

Thank you for joining us for this year's Propel Conference!

We are excited to see all the different ministries and churches represented and see how God is going to use local churches to reach their communities and build His Kingdom over the coming months. We have invited organizations offering quality evangelistic resources to exhibit at the Propel Conference. Throughout the event, we encourage all attendees to visit each booth to learn how these organizations can help their church grow.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many attendees are expected?
Due to capacity constraints at the venue, attendance will be limited to 350 people.

Who is putting on this event?
The Propel Conference is a collaboration between the North Pacific Union and several other organizations committed to moving the needle in Adventist evangelism. The chair of the steering committee, Larry Witzel, is driving the vision of the event, and it is being coordinated by a coalition of sponsoring ministries.

I am also a presenter, will I get access to my session recording?
YES! Adventist Learning Center will be onsite to record every session. As soon as those are available you can contact ALC or SermonView Evangelism Marketing, who is using the content for the Propel Podcast.

How is the event being advertised?
An inside back page ad has been placed in the February 2024 Ministry Magazine, along with digital ads in the NPUC weekly newsletter. Sponsoring organizations are sending out emails to their lists about the event, including NPUC, SermonView, AdventSource, and Pacific Press. A social media advertising campaign is underway, as is a direct mail campaign by Seminars Unlimited to Adventist churches in the United States.

What people are saying:

"The opening night set the tone which was frankly: honesty. That we are looking for answers and we are all in this together. I've had opportunities to attend a few breakout sessions that gave me some really good ideas for my new churches."
